Terms & Conditions

Hello! To avoid future miscommunication, please read the rules below before placing an order, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions. By commissioning me, you've also agreed to my Terms & Conditions.

  1. Payment via BCA and Gopay

  2. I may reject a commission if I feel like I wouldn't be able to properly execute it

  3. Full / Partial (50%) payment after clean sketch

  4. Accepting max. 3 revisions

  5. Processing time: 3 - 10 days after the sketch is approved

  6. I have the right to use the artwork as promotional art on my social media. If you have an exception to this, please contact me and let me know

  7. Please attach the references of your commission as many, as clear, and as complete as possible

  8. The final commission will be sent via E-Mail

  9. The final file for a commission that has been sent via E-Mail is regarded as a finished commission and cannot be revised (unless I made a mistake on the file or render)

Refund & Cancellation

Only when the commission is still in the sketch process is cancellation allowed (Please tell me, no ghosting). However, we could yet encounter an unexpected situation. Please read carefully below:

Cancellation is done after Payment by the Second Party (Buyer)

  1. If the cancellation happens while the commission is already on the last step (Finishing) or is finished, the Second Party will receive no refund

  2. If the cancellation happens when the commission is still on the Base Color step, the Second Party will receive a 50% refund

Cancellation is done after Payment by the First Party (Me)

  1. the Second Party will receive a 100% refund

Accept:

  1. Original Character (OC)

  2. Fanarts

  3. Simple background

  4. Slight NSFW (Artistic Nudity/Pin up pose, nothing overly explicit)

Not Accept:

  1. Robot, mecha

  2. Loli, chibi

  3. Old figure, muscular

  4. Furry (Animal ears OK), monster, armor

  5. Gore (Blood OK)

  6. Complicated background

  7. Overly explicit NSFW

  1. Personal use only

  2. The price is for each character

  3. Additional character: +70% of original price per character

  4. Include simple background (request-able)

  5. Double up the price for commercial use

How to Order

You can contact me directly through any of the contacts given below to make an order.

  1. Name: fill in your name (either your own name, pen name or username is acceptable).

  2. Commission Type: fill in the commission type you're ordering (Ex: Headshot - Single figure).

  3. Description: Send me the name of the character along with as many detailed references of your character as you can (such as the character sheet, clothes references, hair references from all angles, pose, etc.) to ensure that I captured all of your character's characteristics accurately.

  4. Notes (Optional): Fill in whatever comes to mind. To ensure that I accurately depict the character's mood/vibes, you might give me a brief summary of their personality.

  5. E-Mail: Your E-Mail for me to send the final commission.
